Update: August 30, 2023

Previously, we announced that the deadline for the Indian Boarding Homes Class Action was August 25th. To clarify, the August 25 deadline was an opportunity for class members to express their support or opposition to the proposed settlement which the court will be reviewing on September 12 to 14. The claims process has not started yet, and may not start for some months after the September hearing if the deal is approved.

We will update the community as we receive more information.
