Local Addiction Supports

Grey Bruce Regional Hospital RAAM Clinic
Provides low barrier access to clients seeking treatment for any substance abuse issue. They provide brief counselling, prescribed medications and can connect clients to community treatment programs including information on withdrawal management service.

Overdose Prevention Line
A 24/7 call center. Operator stays on the line while a person uses to ensure safety and prevention of overdose. They also help with harm reduction education.

Provides assistance and/or detox support on a voluntary basis from alcohol and/or any other drugs. Call ahead to request detox bed.

NIHB Counselling and Support
Offered through First Nation and Inuit Health, free counselling and crisis support is available for Indigenous people with a valid Status number.
