By resolution of the Council, as of October 3, 2020, Resident and Non-Resident Band Members may bring guests to visit in Neyaashiinigmiing without requiring an access letter.

Visitor Information Forms must be completed by all guests prior to entry. Guests may bring completed forms with them to the community entrance, or complete forms at the monitoring station when entering.

All guests must be sponsored by a Band Member at the time of entry. Guests must follow existing COVID-19 health and safety guidelines.

The information being collected is to assist with contact tracing in the event of a COVID-19 outbreak in Neyaashiinigmiing, and will not be used for any other purpose. All information collected will be destroyed after six months.
