Fond Farewell to Housing Manager Shane Chegahno

We regret to announce that Housing Manager Shane Chegahno will be leaving the Chippewas of Nawash administration. Shane has been an asset to the entire community with his experience and outstanding professionalism in the management of our housing portfolio. Staff and partners have always universally commended his good nature and great work ethic. The Chief, Council and Administration offer Shane best wishes in his future endeavours!

We would also like to re-introduce and welcome the Interim Housing Manager, Peggy Mansur. Peggy brings a valuable record of community service to the role, with her experience as a Councillor and committee member, and will head the department until the Housing Manager role is filled permanently.
