DESCRIPTION:Reflexology with Scott Simpson Presented by the Wellness Centre\nTime: 11AM-6PM \nLocation:  United Church Manse \nWhat is Reflexology?  It is the study of reflexes.  Through the application of pressure on Reflex Points\, Reflexology can help to relieve tension\, reduce stress\, decrease pain\, improve circulation and support the body’s efforts to function optimally. \nWhat happens during the appointment?  The Reflexologist may work on your ears\, face\, feet\, or hands on both sides of the body.  Sessions last for 40-60 minutes.  Client safety is very important! \nCommon ailments that Reflexology helps with: Musculoskeletal pain\, Insomnia\, Anxiety\, Stress\, Hormonal issues and Digestive issues. \nTransportation can be made available. \nIf you are interested in registering for a Reflexology Session with Scott Simpson\, please call Brandon at 519 379 3277 and leave a detailed voicemail including your name\, requested appointment date\, transportation details if needed and a callback number.  Once the voicemail has been received\, you will get a confirmation call stating that you have been officially registered along with an appointment date/time or an alternative in case of double bookings. \n  \nScott Simpson has 15 years of experience in the Wellness Field.  He integrates various health and wellness techniques in a way that is both engaging and powerful.  Scott’s Primary focus is on creating programs for various First Nation communities including Nawash!  He is a dependable\, fun and deeply empathetic Instructor.  His credentials include being a Registered Reflexologist through the RAC \, a Group Fitness Instructor\, Personal Trainer and Public Speaker.
