The Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation invites RFP recipients to submit proposals for services to assess the CNUFN information technology infrastructure, information technology policies and to propose a strategic information technology plan.

Goals include 1) an independent, comprehensive assessment of the CNUFN computing and telephone infrastructure, 2) a strategic plan that addresses all major aspects of information technology for the CNUFN in the zero-to-two year and two-to-five-year timeframes, 3) strategic recommendations for improvements, and 4) Specific recommendations to improve business continuity in a Remote Work (work from home) environment.

In this RFP, information technology and IT infrastructure refer to business applications, software acquisitions and development, computers, interconnecting hardware, telephone, system and utility software, security, and IT department processes.
