Ontario Energy Support Program (OESP)

What is OESP?

If you are a customer of an electric utility and in a lower income home, you may qualify for a reduction in your electricity bill through the OESP. If approved, OESP will reduce the cost of your household electricity by applying a monthly credit directly to your utility bill. The amount of the credit is based on two factors: (1) how many people live in the home and, (2) total combined household income.

Are you a low-income household & want to lower your hydro bill?
