Anishinaabemowin Naaknigewin, was established in 2011, mandated to help in the development a multi year strategic plan for the Promotion, Revitalization of our Indigenous Language. The committee is currently working on a “Language Package” to accompany the strategic plan, combining vocabulary, phrase and community history.

This project we hope will not only add value and raise awareness of our language, but to show that we can afford to indulge it.
